Shanghai: Yu Garden area

One of the popular areas for both Chinese and tourists visiting Shanghai is the Yu Garden area.

The area houses one of the most attractive gardens in the city. It abuts a major shopping area much like the shopping mall in this country.

In the open courtyard of the shopping area one can find all kinds of merchandise for sale, food specialities (just like our food court) and fun activities for children.

It's a nice place to spend a day.
