Thomas House/Greystone Designers

This house was built by Marcellus Holbrook, President of the Springfield Furniture Company and was purchased by F. R. Patton, president of the Patton Creamery Company, and his wife Minnie in 1918. In 1921 the property was deeded to Edith Thomas, wife of Dr. A. W. Thomas, a prominent Frisco Hospital physician. Their son Walt and his wife Ona acquired the house in 1966. Bob and Janet Dedman purchased the house in 1976 and remodeled it for use as Greystone Designers, a beauty salon.
