Keet-Rountree Dry Goods - 321 South Ave.
Keet-Rountree Dry Goods Store

This building, together with 317 South Avenue, was the home of Keet and Rountree Drygoods Co. from the date of its construction until the liquidation of the firm in December, 1934. It was a part of the busy wholesale-retail center which existed along South Avenue during the first part of this century. It was deeded to Missouri Home Savings and Loan Association. on Jan. 16, 1939. It was later acquired by Robert and Jeanne Kramer for use as a display area and storage facility for the above company.
