This three story white frame Victorian House was built in 1887. It has been owned by members of the Kearney family since May 15, 1896. Michael Kearney was a long-time Frisco employee and at his death was superintendent of the Frisco Shops. The present owner, Mr. Guy L. Richardson is the grandson of Michael Kearney.
