Olympic Museum Olympic Museum
A highlight of any visit to Lausanne is a stop at the Olympic Museum which is located along the waterfront in the Ouchy area of the city. Outside it features large figures from the Greek olympiad days and a large, beautiful fountain.

Lausanne is located on the northern shore of Lake Geneva. A popular part of the city is Port d' Ouchy where there is a beautiful promenade along the lake (above). A government building is shown right.
